Depósito y saldo
Deposit and balance
Se requiere un depósito para apartar la fecha. Sin depósito, la fecha no queda reservada. El saldo se paga el día de la instalación.
A deposit is required to hold your date. Without a deposit, the date is not reserved. The balance is due on installation day.
Cancelaciones
Cancellations
Los depósitos no se reembolsan si el cliente cancela el evento, por cualquier motivo.
Deposits are not refunded if the customer cancels the event, for any reason.

Weather
Si hay lluvia o viento fuerte el día del evento, se puede reprogramar o dar crédito para otra fecha confirmar. Por seguridad, la decisión final de instalar es del equipo de Aby Jumpers.
If there is rain or strong wind on the event day, the rental can be rescheduled or credited to another date confirm. For safety, the final decision to set up belongs to the Aby Jumpers crew.

Área y acceso despejados
Clear setup area and access
El área de instalación y el camino de acceso deben estar limpios y despejados. Si no lo están, el equipo se retirará y regresar tendrá un cargo adicional de $20.
The setup area and access path must be clean and clear. If not, the crew will leave and a return visit has an additional $20 charge.
Ancho de la puerta
Gate width
Para instalaciones en el patio trasero, la puerta debe tener al menos 36 pulgadas de ancho.
For backyard installations, the gate must be at least 36 inches wide.
Mascotas
Pets
Las mascotas deben estar apartadas cuando llegue el equipo de instalación y no deben acercarse al equipo rentado.
Pets must be put away when the crew arrives and kept away from the rental equipment.
Electricidad
Power
Se necesita un contacto de 110V a menos de 50 ft del inflable, o rentar un generador.
A 110V outlet within 50 ft of the inflatable is required, or rent a generator.

No se permiten dulces, confeti ni globos dentro de los brincolines.
Candy, confetti and balloons are not allowed inside the jumpers.
Supervisión
Supervision
Un adulto responsable debe supervisar el equipo en todo momento. Sin zapatos, comida, bebidas ni objetos filosos adentro.
A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times. No shoes, food, drinks or sharp objects inside.

Damage and cleaning
El cliente es responsable por daños causados por mal uso. Si el equipo se entrega muy sucio puede haber un cargo de limpieza de $___.
The customer is responsible for damage from misuse. Excessive dirt may result in a $___ cleaning fee.
